Kind, Caring, Won my case

Ken and his staff were very nice with me. It was very hard for me to talk about my problems and this man and his staff were willing ot listen. He reviewed my medical records and knew more about my condition than many of my doctors do! He won my case and was very helpful. Thank you Ken for your servi...ce.

Ken's office is slow to act until the hearing date. But quick to collect his fee's. He was late to my hearing.

His office was slow to keep me updated. He was late to my hearing. He tried calling while racing to my hearing and to prepare me. The call dropped several times. He didn't call before the hearing date to prep me. Once the hearing was over his Assistant Sheila began harassing me for fees owed to them ..."by agreement." It began with an invoice, an email, then a phone call. I didn't have any money. Very frustrating.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
