Unfortunately, yes. If the person dies you can be charged with reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter.

There is a charge which might apply, but if they don't charge you or seek a forfeiture they can't take the money.

No. There are no parole hearings in Illinois for prisoners sentenced after 1979.

It cannot be sealed or expunged --- you need to get a pardon.
My adult friends took my 14 year old son to a rated R movie without any parental consent or knowledge.

No crime was committed -- you might have some sort of a civil suit but it would be difficult to prove damages.

Isn't the Supreme Court's requirement of a petition for a writ of certiorari unconstitutional? It seems to be a post-hoc law.
