In August 2015, I was arrested and charged with domestic battery. Even though I never laid a finger on the complainant family member, I wound up with a 2-day stay in Cook County Jail and, after bailing out, I faced a potentially dire situation that could mean lost work, heavy fines or --much worse--... jail time. I hired robert callahan to handle my case 7/9/14. I went to court for a speeding ticket i was driving 27 over the limit. My case was a misdemeanor and i was looking at over a thousand dollars in fines and possibly 6 months of jail time. I have had some experience with criminal defense attorneys in the past and I wish that I had found Attorney Callahan sooner. Me and my roommate spend the day drinking and watching football.
