Patrick represents individuals who have been harmed by the negligence or recklessness of others. Pat focuses his practice on helping people who have suffered significant and life-altering personal injuries - often in truck or motor vehicle crashes. In addition, Pat also represents individuals who have been injured on the job (workers compensation claims), people who have not been treated fairly by their own insurance company (bad faith insurance cases), and people who have been wrongfully/unlawfully fired by their employer (whistleblower and retaliatory discharge claims).
