Has little or no experience in white collar crime, all he cares about is your money. He is incompetent, lazy, costly and shady. Blegen couldn't win a traffic case against a blind cop. Very disappointed in him. You might be better off with a first year law student.. I hired Blegen for a tax evasion ca...se, after I realized I made a mistake hiring him I was out of money. I was talking with other attorneys and was told by Blegen that he was all I needed and then two months before trial suggested I hire another attorney who just so happened to have an office in the same building. He took advantage of my fear.
