My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Neal for a few years to adjust my husband’s legal status here in the country. From his asylum case, to work permit to terminating it to getting his visa through the I-130 & 1-601 waiver. She was there every step of the way and made sure we we...re kept in the loop with all the changes that would be happening with immigration. She really has a passion for her work, and is dedicated to making sure you get what you want. Being one step ahead of what immigration may ask for next, showing up to court with you, going out of her way to talk to the clerk, getting answers from the judge, making phone calls to USCIS. We would go back and forth via email at any time of the day she would even respond after work hours late at night. She was always so patient and supportive when we were feeling overwhelmed with immigration forms, she helped fill out forms step by step and was always ready to answer any questions! Very flexible with her schedule and would accommodate to meet with us weekdays in the evening because of our work hours. Going through immigration procedures can take a toll on anybody but her calmness and reassurance that everything would be okay made it easier for us to continue and finish the whole USCIS process!
