My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Neal for a few years to adjust my husband’s legal status here in the country. From his asylum case, to work permit to terminating it to getting his visa through the I-130 & 1-601 waiver. She was there every step of the way and made sure we we...re kept in the loop with all the changes that would be happening with immigration. She really has a passion for her work, and is dedicated to making sure you get what you want. Being one step ahead of what immigration may ask for next, showing up to court with you, going out of her way to talk to the clerk, getting answers from the judge, making phone calls to USCIS. We would go back and forth via email at any time of the day she would even respond after work hours late at night. She was always so patient and supportive when we were feeling overwhelmed with immigration forms, she helped fill out forms step by step and was always ready to answer any questions! Very flexible with her schedule and would accommodate to meet with us weekdays in the evening because of our work hours. Going through immigration procedures can take a toll on anybody but her calmness and reassurance that everything would be okay made it easier for us to continue and finish the whole USCIS process! Michelle was so kind to speak to my fiancé and me after work hours. She was very knowledgeable about the process of obtaining a green card and walked us through each step we need to take, when to do it, and how long it will take. Michelle neal es la mejor abogada en casos de immigrasion la recomiendo al mil porciento por que eya es tan host honesta dice las cosas como son si t puede ayudar te deja saver desde el principio no anda con rodeos ella se ba directo a lo q es y si Tu caso o tu estan en algun riesgo lo deja saver si ...quieres Seguir Adelante o no con tu caso se tarda un poco solo x q trata d q no aiga separacion familiar q no es necesaria mi caso era muy Dificil pero despues d investigar y ver con detalle cada papel y duda se iso mi caso fui aprovado sin tanta pregunta y Como todo El trabajo q iso estaba bien recibi mi paquete para regresar a Chicago en 2 dias mi cita fue un martes el viernes ya tenia mi paquete para regresar y ingresar legal mente Michelle es una muy Buena abogada honesta y cobra li justo para Ella y lo demas solo son cargos pays immigrasion buscan algo bien y seguro ella es la mejor no al 100 sino al mil de satisfaction grasias Michelle me ayudo mucho. Y tambien desdpues d no ver a mis Padres x 15 años gracias a ella fue possible.
