Michael and his team did a fantastic job of guiding my spouse and I through the application process for Change of Status, giving us examples of the sorts of documentation to collect and attending the interview along with us. He and his team are extremely thorough, friendly and . . . patient. (Espec...ially for a guy like me that asks the same question 3 times.) High praise for everyone in the office who did a brilliant job of helping us to understand a relatively complicated process. The green card, by the way, arrived just today! <insert sigh of relief here> Thank you Michael. You and your team made this process relatively painless.

Michael was an absolute dream to work with during our green card application process. He remained professional and extremely helpful throughout. It took much longer than normal for me to get my green card, and there were times where my husband and I felt hopeless and frustrated with the whole thing; ...but Michael was always there to answer all of our questions, walk us through all the steps of the application process, and help give us peace of mind when we needed it. We could not imagine going through this process without anyone other than Michael.

I can't say enough about Attorney Jarecki. My Spouse and I had an uphill battle before us. Mike took the lead and we were never steered wrong. My Fiance ( at the time) and I were denied 2 times by an embassy overseas. Attorney Jarecki, new what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. We had to g...o down an entirely different path to appeal the last rejection notice. Mike, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what we were in for. Needless to say, we prevailed. I know that with any other lawyer this would not have gotten this far. He is amazing! It was a time and excruciating process but Attorney Jarecki new exactly what to do. I think he is by far the best I have ever encountered. In the end after 2 denials at the embassy overseas, we were finally approved! I owe this all to the wizard of an Attorney Mr. Jarecki is. I will use him for all of my immigration needs in the future. He and his team do a great job keeping you informed and answering any questions that you have that might arise.I would encourage ANYONE looking for immigration needs to contact Attorney Jarecki. Because of him my family is whole and reunited. I know he cares about each and every case he takes on. Ours was difficult from the beginning but, that didn't stop him. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about him and his understanding of the immigration system.

My husband and I met with Michael right before Thanksgiving last year, we were applying for my permanent resident status based on our marriage. Michael was very clear about how to put all of the paperwork together and what it would take to get to the interview. All of the papers were filed at the beg...inning of December. We were approved for an interview for March 24th, it went very well. Michael was there for us when we needed him. Our application was approved the same day and within a week I received my Green card. It took 4 month from the time paperwork was filed and the date of receiving the "Green card". Absolutely fantastic and all of our fears simply got dissolved. I would strongly recommend Michael's services to anyone who is looking for a professional with great expertise. Again, can't be happier. I already booked my tickets to fly to Russia and BACK today.
