I am a writer, but I can hardly find the words to articulate what an outstanding lawyer and human being Mike is. It is important, I believe, to mention that Mike's passion for the field he is in, is visibly evident in his professional conduct. Through Mike, I sought asylum in the United States. I...t was a few years ago that we filed, and today I received the letter, granting me full asylum. From the time my case was filed, Mike and Jess (his assistant) worked diligently to amass the necessary evidence for my case, culminating in the interview at the asylum office in Chicago. This was an emotionally exhausting experience for me. My interview lasted almost one and a half hours. At the end of the interview, Mike summed up my case and highlighted the multiple reasons why I deserved to be granted asylum. I was completely blown away by the sheer brilliance of this summation. There are lawyers and there are exceptional lawyers. Mike is beyond exceptional I sincerely hope that more people would benefit by his brilliance.
