Marios Fellouka

As an an immigrant who naturalized in November of 2019, Marios understands the stressors and challenges the immigrant community faces because of his own experience with the complex U.S. Immigration system. His passion is helping his clients navigate the the U.S. immigration laws with his knowledge and experience. 

Marios is a well-rounded immigration and criminal attorney who has over a decade of professional experience as a litigator, serving his community as an Immigration Attorney and as a part-time Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

Originally from Cyprus, Marios was influenced by his country’s political and geographical division that led to his father’s refugee status from a young age. His passion for social justice and equal treatment under the law, combined with his empathy, fuel his hard work in fighting for his clients. Marios has a strong background in the ever-changing field of Immigration Law and is ready to help prepare you for the complex process of working with USCIS and Immigration Court. 

Marios has had a lot of experience and success in litigating cases in Immigration Court and in helping his clients remain in the United States.

Marios is fluent in Greek and English and is currently working on his Spanish language skills.
