Grace Mary Rohan

Grace Rohan (formerly Doherty) is the owner and principal attorney at Rohan Law, LLC, a family law firm she founded in January of 2019. Grace counsels clients on a wide range of divorce-related matters, such as child custody/decision-making, child support, college contribution, maintenance/alimony, visitation/parenting time, relocation and removal, property division, parentage, contempt and enforcement proceedings, legal separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, LGBTQ family law matters, domestic violence, post-dissolution conflicts, and financial planning.

Grace has completed the Divorce Mediation Skills Training program at Northwestern University, which skills and techniques she uses to resolve both amicable and high-conflict family matters. She has received a Clients' Choice award on the online attorney rating system AVVO because of her positive reviews from former clients. She has also been recognized as an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers Magazine, a designation given to fewer than 2% of the attorneys in Illinois.

Grace spent eight years practicing exclusively family law at a large well-known Chicago family law firm prior to beginning her own practice. She continues to exclusively practice family law. Grace is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, the University of Illinois- Urbana-Champaign, and Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School. She resides in Beverly, on the southside of Chicago, with her husband and two children.
