Barry Alfred Gomberg

I engaged the law office of Barry A. Gomberg & Associates in September, 2017 to help me with evaluating a potential wrongful termination claim against my former employer. While the firm provided initial support that was satisfactory, they soon lost my confidence (not able to provide strategic guidanc...e, laxed follow-ups, etc.). I ultimately could not deal with this and requested that they settle my severance (rather than pursue further actions). When I finally received my net severance check from the firm, I was shocked that they deducted an additional $700 in fees (I provided them with a very healthy retainer). To date, they have not provided me with a detailed billing record - - even after multiple requests. I would not recommend this law office!
