My name is Alex Leonowicz and I am a business attorney focused on helping individuals start and run their businesses.  I come from a family of entrepreneurs so I've experienced first hand the struggles and issues businesses face. I've even started and sold businesses myself. 

I began my law career in the courtroom serving as a clerk for 5 years while attending law school at night.  My passion for litigation continued through the early years of my career where I helped dozens of companies navigate through numerous difficult legal issues including breach of contract, partnership disputes and employment related matters.  

Having turned my focus to corporate law, I often call on those previous litigation experiences when drafting operating agreements, contracts and other corporate documents.  I've helped numerous individuals form their company, obtain private and venture capital funding, merge with other companies, sell their company and even wind down their corporate affairs.
