Do not hire this lawyer. He will drag your case out for months and months from not showing up to represent you at your court dates. He does not communicate back to me or to the opposing sides lawyers. This has almost sent me to jail twice. Steer clear of this lawyer!! I also found out he is being cha...rged by ARDC for the exact things that he has done during my case. I wish I never hired Aaron!

I had a terrible experience with Attorney Aaron Korson. He repeatedly failed to communicate, missed court dates, and did not follow through on his promises, even after I asked him to withdraw so I could move forward with my case. His assistant even advised me not to attend a court hearing, which was... completely inappropriate. At my first hearing, he arrived over an hour late. At my second and third hearings, he failed to appear completely. I later found out he never even filed his appearance in my case. Once you pay the retainer, communication stops. Despite multiple emails and requests, he has not responded or taken any meaningful action. His lack of professionalism and accountability has caused serious stress and delays. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him.

I initially hired Aaron for legal representation at a reduced rate. At the beginning, he managed my case with professionalism. However, over time, there were several instances where boundaries between professional and personal interactions were not maintained. Communication became challenging, and... there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness to inquiries about my case. At one point, there was an inappropriate reference to my mental health in a manner that seemed unprofessional and dismissive. I felt personally attacked. Given these experiences, I decided to seek new legal representation. My intention in sharing this is to provide an objective account of my experience for the benefit of others seeking legal support. Failure to File Documents: “There were multiple instances where necessary court documents were not filed within the required timeframe, which caused delays in the proceedings and added stress to the situation.” *Missed Appointments: “There were occasions when scheduled appointments were missed or rescheduled at the last minute, leading to a lack of continuity in handling my case.” Lack of Transparency: “At times, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the status and progress of my case, which made it difficult to understand the next steps and to make informed decisions.” Unprofessional Conduct: “There were instances where the tone and manner of communication felt dismissive, which impacted the professional relationship and made it challenging to feel supported.”

This is not an attorney!!! Do not hire. He sells himself with the highest interest on your case just to get payed and will not do nothing. Several months of on going lies and delay. Excuse after excuse. As all the recent comments say they are true. He is a scam artist. He does nothing for you. Does n...ot show up for court. Gives false legal guidance. Does not answer the phone unless you threaten him to file complaints. Then plays victim blaming you for harassment. You have been warned. DO NOT HIRE.

I hired Mr Korson for a Probate case regarding my deceased son. Only to be dumped with no service no updates on my case nor was a docket ever filed in probate court. I have continuously reached out to Mr. Korson only to be ignored certified letters never accepted by his office Went to the office left... notes on the door. Finally an appt made then cancelled very poor service. I feel as if I need an attorney for this attorney. I feel scammed.
