Order of Protection

OUTCOME: The case was dismissed and my client couldn't be happier.

I recently took on an Order of Protection case that we managed to get dismissed. The mother and father were not on speaking terms. The mother had claimed my client was hostile toward her. There was no ... evidence. I ended up taking the case to trial. The opposing party backed out of the case when she knew that we would prevail.
