I had the pleasure to work with Yllka in 2012 for several immigration issues. My first issue was getting a J-1 waiver. I had a complicated situation. I received a private scholarship that I eventually paid off. They issued me several J-1 visas during my undergraduate study. They were not coopera...tive when I asked them to provide a letter showing that I do not owe them money. Yllka was very persistent in pressuring them to cooperate. Additionally, on one of the J-1 visas they indicated that my funding was from the government of Egypt. Yllka diligently communicated with the embassy of Egypt, who were also not cooperative, to get the no-objection letter. At one point, she was calling them on an almost daily basis! Finally, we were able to get the no objection letter and the J-1 waiver in a considerably timely manner. Yllka then helped me prepare a marriage green card application. Her attention to detail was exceptional, the application was perfect. She also met with us frequently to provide ideas for supporting documents and go over the application several times. Consequently, the process moved forward without any hiccups. Yllka even prepared a binder with pictures and held a mock interview with us before we headed for our interview. During the interview, she helped present us to the immigration officer and we only left after the officer promised to allow our application! She also helped me expedite the employment authorization while I wait for the green card (got it in 1 week after she called in the expedite request). Overall, Yllka was very diligent in her work and very passionate about helping us. At the end of the process, we felt like she was treating our case as if we were her family. The service was top notch and she works in an office with Bill Schiller who is also another top-notch attorney with years of experience. He gladly provided consultation when needed at no extra cost. Yllka enjoys her work and is not motivated by money like many other immigration attorneys. She takes pride in helping her clients out. In fact, her fees are very reasonable for the quality of service (maybe even lower than average). We never felt that she was unresponsive or unknowledgeable. She was actually very energetic. If she is unsure about a question, she will tell you the honest truth, research the topic, and get back to you promptly. For example, she spent considerable time researching similar cases especially for the tricky J-1 situation I had. We absolutely recommend her for any immigration issue.
