Residential real estate purchase
Anastas was very capable handling our affairs during a home purchase. He was on top of every document coming our way and positioned us to get the best terms during all processes (e.g. extensions for inspections, rights during purchase process, etc). I highly recommend him.

Simply great!
I have worked with Anastas on multiple transactions - both buying and selling as well as primary and investment (at least 5 separate properties). He has always provided valuable advice to protect my interests. At couple closings he even saved me some money by highlighting unnecessary title agency fee...
