I only called for a consultation in regards to my pending I-485 case that seems to have been lost by USCIS (we have contacted USCIS over a dozen times, even made an InfoPass appointment, and no one seems to have any answers or is able to contact the officer who interviewed us). I could not remember t...he interviewing officer's name, and Yllka asked a bunch of questions trying to see if she could figure out who it was--and when a name she said rung a bell, she gave us insight that this officer has dropped the ball on other applications as well.
