Tough as nails

Scott is a tough litigator. He helped me out with an eviction issue and difficult tenant. He got the guy out using an efficient common sense strategy. He has also done collection work for me for a judgment. He filed citations to discover assets to banks, locked up the person's account and got them... to turn over the money in the account and negotiate to avoid having their account frozen. He is smart, tough and a straight talker.

Solid advice

Scott drafted an operating agreement for my small business which has served my partner and I very well over the years. He was very attentive to our needs and helped us iron out answers to scenarios and what-ifs we hadn't considered. All in all, a great experience.

Both incorporation and driving violation counsel.

Scott has given me helpful, succinct advice on a matter of legal issues through the years. He was particular helpful setting up my LLC, with all the documents and contracts necessary for a partnership. More recently his counsel was helpful with a driving violation out of state. He is very thorough wi...th every detail and outcome that could occur. I found his services worthwhile and would use him again.

My Neighbors

Scott is a great lawyer ,I would hire him again in a heart beat to handle any litigation situation that myself or my family found ourselves in. Scott handled a property line dispute between an unruly neighbor & myself . Thanks Scott for being there !!

The Best

Scott has represented me in two different matters successfully. I am a real estate broker and a former client slandered me online. This had the potential to really hurt my business, but Scott responded quickly and took care of it. The second matter involved my wife and I personally. We had a long..., complex dispute with our former neighbors involving battery and emotional distress among other things. Scott took the case and sued them when other attorneys looked the other way. He battled for us for a few years which resulted in a nice settlement in our favor without the stress of having to attend depositions. I attended most of the court hearings and could tell from day one he knew his way around the process, judges, and opposing counsel. I am forever indebted to Scott and his partner Juliet for their counsel and they are the only attorneys I would ever hire for criminal, civil or business matters. Their knowledge of law is thorough, they take and return calls, they respond quickly, and when the chips are down they are in your corner. Boyd and Kummer are rock stars!
