Disappointed
I was expecting much better service than I got. A record that was needed got "lost" and I got a denial. Now I am in the appeal stages. This attorney is obviously uncomfortable with public speaking and not very personable. I wish they had not passed me off to this young lawyer before adequately traini...

Communication is key and was missing here
He withdrew from my case without informing me. Even before this, he did not keep me updated or involved in my case.
