I was totally in despair arriving at the office today as a result of non-clarity of Trustee payments versus Mortgage payments in which I believe there is an overpayment. Attorney Patrick Semrad. This gentleman was so patient with me. He showed me compassion and he carefully listened to me. He interve...ned on my behalf, he called my mortgage company, reviewed the Trustee payment history and we discussed the process of a resolution.

He advocates strongly on behalf of his client, and does so in a respectful and civil manner. I have nothing but good things to say about my interaction with Mr. Semrad and his colleagues. I approached the firm recently about some financial hardships I have been having with several investment related properties. My initial thought was to file and be released from these burdens. However, af...ter consultation, Mr. Semrad suggested several other options that would be more economically beneficial to me, and I was able to avoid having to file. In essence, Mr. Semrad could have easily filed on my behalf and collected a larger fee, but chose the ethical route that was best for his client, for which I'll always be grateful.
