My wonderful hard working fiance. Hot his arm crushed on the job . He went through a reconstructive surgery 3 years after the fact because it took that much time to get the company and the lawyer to do anything about it. 4 years ago neil told us don't worry don't work don't lift a finger . I will mak...e sure back pay and compensation will be paid. 2 years later after fighting for a dr. He trusted and fought for his approval it was .impossible to get the company and Neil to comply. He one week will say he will fight for you. The next week he don't know who you are. He let's it ride for the 5 year limit of a workers compensation And then tells you there is only a $ amount they offer and will not help you do anything about it. And word for warning to all. After 5 years your case falls into your income based on when you can't work. And he will tell you not to work. !!!!!!!!!!. Thank god my man was man enough to work a side job for very little money but was honest about it the whole time. Because we are good honest people we are screwed for the rest of our life. He has only 70 precent of his arm after a total reconstruct surgery. Crushed on the job. Neil is now saying no insurance. No back pay after 5 years. When he told him to not lift a finger he would make sure he would be taken care of. Just remember he will ride this out and bs you. He is for the other side. Pro bono. I still pro getscrewed.

I feel i completely got screwed and neal did not fight for more for me and was like he could care less at insurance company made off if i wouldn't have pushed for more it wouldn't have happen and then in the end i only recieved 7k more kicking my self that i either didn't push it to trail or get anot...her lawyer because here i sit not able to do work in the same field but yet neal and insurance co. seem to think i was fine even the DR. advised me to seek a different type of job said my shoulder couldn't or shouldn't do it anymore but yet Neal says i was only 25% but ok to perform my job Very unhappy with him never a call after we settled or even a thank you card for my business.
