Extremely rude and doesn't losten
Called in hopes of scheduling a consultation and would have even paid. He talked over me refused to let me explain or even hear the fact that a psychiatric doctor has documented that I suffered a mental injury caused by my employer. Rushed me off the phone. Thanks

Replied last June 17, 2021It would be illegal to take money for a work comp consultation so I declined that. You explained your situation, I listened, told you why it's not a covered case under Illinois law and you didn't want to accept that. I can't change the law. I make money by taking on cases, but I always tell the truth, even if like here it's not what the potential client wants to hear. I wish you the best of luck.

Out of town and bewildered with the need for an attorney? Look no further.
Wow. My aunt died in Chicago but the rest of her family is on the west coast... so we needed probate advice. We found a nice summary of the process with Michael and he referred us to Phil Bernstein who was a spot-on choice. Get this, Phil even pointed out how would could avoid spending money on Phil!...

Mike gave me advice (for free) and helped me find the perfect attorney
Mike listened to the details of my work injury situation and gave me advice about what to do next. He probably spent 15 minutes with me on the phone for free. He also recommended an experienced attorney to me who I hired. I have been very pleased with the lawyer he referred me to.
