Mr Avellone

Mr Avellone gets to know his clients and has great knowledge of the law as well. He has the ability to put the client at ease. When he argued my case the opposition actually remained silent for the whole preceeding.

Unemployment denied, had to fight for it.

I was a client of Attorney Avellone when he worked at Legal Assistance. I was fired from a job, and they contested my Unemployment. I had no money, he worked very hard for me and I have recommended several people to him since then. There was a hearing scheduled for me and my former agency that is whe...n I found out they had legal representation and I did not.I was a basket case, my former supervisor tried to Hang me out to dry, Attorney Avellone was so skilled and knew the laws well. Afterwards I had to laugh because the supervisor actually made my case. They also appealed the decision, but lost, he keep me informed all the way. He is a great lawyer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
