I had the good fortune of being connected with Tracy after a failed attempt at collaborative divorce, and my second attorney only trying to settle my case quickly without thinking of what my children and I needed or were entitled to. He didn't even require my ex to obtain another attorney which is r...equired once you leave the collaborative process nor did he do any discovery to determine what is a fair and equitable split of finances.
