     Most singularly, in the field of labor and employment law my firm, of which I now am the Senior Labor Partner, my firm received the unique distinction of being named by U.S. News & World Report as the 2013 Labor and Employment Law Firm of the Year - Union.

     I was named 2013 Lawyer of the Year in Labor and Employment Law - Union by Chicago's Best Lawyers.

     For many years I am a repeat selection in Superlawyers, Leading Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Top Lawyers. I believe my Martindale Hubbell rating has been "a" - "v" for many years. I am in the Global Directory of Who's Who. 

     With respect to CLE, I am a frequent presenter-speaker on labor and employment law issues for the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Continuing Legal Education, and the Chicago - Kent College of Law annual Public Employment Labor Law Seminar.      I have been elected a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

     In 2013, I was named by the National Trial Lawyers as a "Top 100 Trial Lawyer."
