I represent individuals in Whistleblower and unlawful retaliation cases. I frequently represent workers for unpaid overtime claims and in severance pay negotiations. I also represent individuals in defamation actions. In addition, I represent Relators in qui tam cases where false claims have been submitted to the United States, State of Illinois, the City of Chicago and other States.

I concentrate my practice in unlawful retaliation cases. Although employment discrimination may no longer be as rampant as it once was, retaliation for whistleblowing, reporting sexual harassment, race discrimination, sex discrimination, disability discrimination, ADA, overtime claims, national origin, age discrimination, sexual orientation, workers compensation claims is still prevalent. I have 25 years experience fighting for worker's rights.

Whistleblower law / Retaliation claims / False Claims Act in which cases are filed under seal. If Government recovers from Defendant, Relator--Plaintiff gets 15% to 30% of the recovery. I also represent workers in overtime wage cases. But I try to settle these cases out of court whenever possible.
