Replied last February 05, 2018Showed up unprepared? I did a 4 day jury trial for the Trianni's in DuPage County Illinois. The jury awarded the husband an appropriate amount. They found the wife was not injured because she did not seek medical care right away for her injuries. There was no over-charging of fees because as with all personal injury cases a percentage of the recovery was the fee. I am very sorry the jury did not believe Ms. Trianni's injuries andI wish her the very best.
