Robert Alan Habib

I am writing to edit my overall reviews for Mr. Habib. I wrote about his outstanding work but did not complete my overall ratings. Mr. Habib is very trusthworthy and dependable. He did an exceptional job in responding to all of calls, questions and concerns. Not only was he responsive but he wa...s very knowledgeable regarding the type of law that my case required. Not once did he miss the mark. And I rated him excellent in "kept me informed" due to the fact that in all instances and moments, Mr. Habib kept me up to date and informed of next steps and other key factors involving the case.

First I would like to start out by saying that the staff at this law firm is very friendly. They are very attentive with coffee, water or soda; however this is not the reason that I visited the law offices of Robert Habib. Mr. Habib is a pleasant man he is very articulate and seems to care but in or...der to represent clients an attorney must know the law. Mr. Habib represented me in a legal manner and the case was a fairly simple case to the novice attorney but Mr. Habib managed to botch up the case to the point the judge was very annoyed and said in so many words the case was not presented properly. The case was dismissed. I hired another attorney and won my case. I would suggest that anyone wanting to hire Mr. Habib for legal representation ask to see previous cases that he has represented clients in the same or similar situation. Be sure to ask Mr. Habib what is his legal specialty, because he does not seem to know what his specialty is. He states that he specializes in all law. Now being a professional myself I know that it is not logically possible for one attorney to specialize in all fields of law. For example a person would not go to a cardiologist for foot surgery. Avoid at all costs because you will lose money if you have a need for a specialty attorney. Hope this will help someone; wish I could have read this before I hired Mr. Habib.
