Bob Habib came to a great settlement, winning our foreclosure case in federal court, and keeping us in our house. Great result in a hard and unusual situation! The guy seems to have a century of experience and charges very reasonably. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. On a side note, ...I know that when people find themselves in a legal matter, it is often not a good situation, and it is often not a case of "winning" but losing gracefully with the least harm done. While Bob actually won our difficult case, I can see how some client can be a crank and grumble about not actually winning, when after all, "he paid a lawyer." You have to take what people say with a grain of salt, because only the disgruntled ones might bother to complain. I am sure Bob Habib has had thousands of cases, and only two jerks went out of their way to try to slam him. Great lawyer in my opinion, and believe me, I should know. I have dealings with a lot of lawyers.
