I looked out to him for help when I got into a car accident like 4 months ago and I still have no information every time I call he's never in I never recieve a call back and I feel like his receptionist just don't give him the messages if I had known I would have reached out to another attorney but n...ow I know for future references never use all are law firm again

I called mr. sklare office I was told he was on vacation [ which it fine] & they would have him call me back once he comes off vacation [ never received a call] the staff [ all women] are very rude & unprofessional, they do not make me feel like they care about me [ even if they don't u don't want th...e client 2 know that] I sent them all my info & everytime I call they ask the same question[ which I answered 5 times already] any business will ask your name [ maybe date of birh or ss number] to al least look like they are professional [ they don't do any of that] then they over talk you & never answer your question. I've been told they called [ I have caller id & voice mail] never got a call. when I call them back, they are very very rude & it seems like 2 me they don't want 2 be bothered. I told them they don't have great reviews, they really could care less. I think I made a HUGE MISTAKE USING THIS FIRM [ some one told me about them]

First I want to say what a wonderful staff Mr. Sklare has, very pleasant ladies, very helpful. I hired Mr. Sklare and his firm for an auto accident I had a few years back. The times I called the office Mr. Sklare was very nice, polite and answered all my questions I had, the staff kept me updated on ...status on my case, calling to see how my treatment was doing. I am very pleased with Mr. Sklare, he did a wonderful job on my case, he's an attorney I would recommend to family and friends.

I signed up with the Evins, Friend & Sklare firm for a personal injury case and I received egregious mishandling of my case - bordering on malpractice. The communication was virtually non-existent. After being in an auto accident, I called the ...office approximately a dozen times over the next year to make sure that the case was moving forward, but I rarely received a call back, and never from an attorney. Since I didn't have any experience in similar situations, I really didn't know what to do. I received no guidance or advice on the proper documentation of injury or handling of my case. Because of this mishandling, I did not receive fair compensation. The office staff is consistently rude and simply does not return calls. Finally, after sending a letter threatening a malpractice suit against the firm, I magically got a call the next day and a little bit of attention, albeit with an everpresent petulant attitude. Sklare was the primary attorney with whom I communicated. I ended up calling other law firms to see if they would take over my case, but they declined, since it was so far along. I don't know if they are overbooked or are simply disorganized and lousy, but I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using Sklare or his firm. Call around. Speak to several lawyers and make sure you feel comfortable with the entire firm before signing on. Good luck."
