After graduating from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Political Science in 1986, Richard Sklare continued his education at the Chicago Kent College of Law and earned his Law Degree in 1989. Since then, he has been practicing law in The Northern District of Illinois and is a proud member of The Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar.

Honest & hepful
I was in a car accident a year ago and attorney Richard Sklare was very helpful every step of the way. From helping me with my property damage, helping me establish my car rental. Every time I called he was available to talk to me. When it came time for the settlement I can honestly say I was HAPPY.
