After graduating from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Political Science in 1986, Richard Sklare continued his education at the Chicago Kent College of Law and earned his Law Degree in 1989. Since then, he has been practicing law in The Northern District of Illinois and is a proud member of The Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar.

Excellent Attorney
I would highly recommend this attorney. He provided excellent customer service, was always available to answer all of my questions. His staff was also very helpful and courteous. My case settle quickly and I received a good settlement.
