My practice areas encompass corporate counseling and practice including: contract crafting and negotiation, litigation, real estate, compliance, employment and litigation management; trust and estates planning and litigation; asset protection and bankruptcy.
Devoted to planning, protection and succession, I am particularly interested in corporate planning at the growth, transition and harvest stages; and trust and estate planning within the niches of special needs and disability.
