Effective advocacy

Michael Bartolic helped me get my short and long term disability benefits. The insurance company, Cigna, denied my claim for short term disability right before it was about to turn to long term. I hired Michael and within 6 months I was back in pay status. He continues to represent me to make sure... I still get paid. The security and peace of mind is well worth his fee.

Fair and professional service

I was denied Long Term Disability benefits 8 months after originally being approved. Mr. Bartolic took my case, which few other Employee Benefits Lawyers refused to take on. He provided a very professional service by collecting evidence, inviting vocational and medical specialists, gathering my me...dical records and successfully won my case. Mr. Bartolic took it further and won my Social Security Disability case. No hidden fees and great support.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
