I contacted their down town office for my minor child, that had been involved in a car accident. It was a bit tricky, as we live out of state and the accident occurred in Chicago. With only phone calls, and emails to go on, Mr. Karno and his staff were wonderful in taking care of this issues we had,... without us ever having to go to Chicago!
