Madilyn Keating Ellsworth

Madilyn was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2014, after earning her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago. While attending UChicago, Madilyn fostered her writing skills as a reporter and staff writer for the Chicago Maroon. During law school, Madilyn gained valuable experience as a family law and tax clinician and research assistant. Madilyn also worked as an extern for both the City of Chicago Department of Law and the Illinois General Assembly.

Since joining Boyle Feinberg, P.C., Madilyn has assisted the partners in handling dissolution and parentage matters; allocation of parental responsibilities and removal disputes; orders of protection; maintenance and child support; contested evidentiary hearings; the disposition of marital and non-marital assets; post-dissolution matters and prenuptial agreements.

Madilyn is passionate about legal research and writing, and works diligently to ensure that her clients’ positions are convincingly presented and defended. Madilyn’s attention to detail allows her to thoroughly analyze situations and identify key issues and creative solutions in keeping with her clients’ objectives.

Madilyn is a native of Chicago’s south side. She enjoys live music, traveling, golfing, attending Chicago sporting events, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Madilyn is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
