Linda Lee Spak

Linda Spak is involved in the foreclosure crisis in Chicago, Illinois in a very bad way. She will take your money and then when you think your woes are about to disappear she asks for more. Try getting her to return calls, paperwork, information about your case, you will get no response. I wish I had... looked her up on this website before writing out checks to her. She has had disciplinary action taken against her, (RED FLAG) and she promises but doesn't deliver. She has missed scheduled appointments, she refuses to return calls, she decides if she's done enough talking and drops the call. She has missed important court dates, has not told me where and when to show up. She doesn't prep her clients prior to going before judges. I have seen it all and have spoken to 3 others she has done the same thing to while their bank accounts dwindle and their houses are foreclosed on. Don't buy into her lies about getting your property back. Her record doesn't show success just disgruntled clients.
