Recently I found myself in a divorce and had an attorney that wasn't representing me properly. After 1 1/2 years in court and just before a trial date was set, I decided to seek better representation. I made contact with another attorney who was also a friend but was unable to take my case. I am currently in the middle of an ugly divorce with my wife that involves the custody of our children.
