Kristina Lynnette Jarvis

Kristina L. Jarvis is a seasoned divorce attorney with fifteen years of experience in Domestic Relations Law. Ms. Jarvis has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, representing clients in family law issues pertaining to divorce, paternity, child custody, visitation, disposition of marital and non-marital assets, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and resolution of complex financial matters. Attentive to the emotional needs for her clients to minimize the stress of divorce, Ms. Jarvis always attempts to resolve issues first through negotiation, but will move swiftly toward litigation to resolve serious disputes. Ms. Jarvis started her law career at NADLER, PRITIKIN & MIRABELLI, LLC, as an associate attorney in 2000. In 2004, she joined Berger Schatz for three years before leaving to open her own practice in 2007. Ms. Jarvis received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina at Columbia in Political Science in 1994, and a degree of Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1999.
