Beyond the Call of Duty

Jason handled my civil defense matter with a degree of professionalism and a level of expertise that could not have been at a higher level. He took over a difficult case and accomplished a completely advantageous result with a limited budget against a well funded opponent.

Mr Jason Ott helped me every step of the way.

I was referred to Jason by another attorney. Jason not only was professional but very comforting with his knowledge and always being available to talk to me about any questions or concerns. He really works hard to be an aggressive and supportive lawer that is on your side. I have even contacted him w...ith legal concerns I have had after he had helped me with my first case and he was more then willing to point me in the right direction of he even if could not be of assistance to me. I would highly recommend Jason for any of your legal concerns.

Jason Ott DUI Case Review

I had a pretty clear cut DUI case. Jason took me through the process of what could happen and what was likely to happen. The discussion was very clear and I understood what was coming. He thoroughly knew the law and what my options would be. I ended up with what was probably the best result I cou...ld have had. I also had some follow up questions that he addressed in a similar fashion. I enjoyed working with Jason and would recommend him for any DUI case. Would have been great to meet him under other circumstances.

Driving Again

I had been trying to go through the channels of the Sec of State to get my license reinstated (revoked 16 years ago). I jumped through all the hoops and spent all the money they asked for and I got nowhere. They wanted this, and when I gave it to them they wanted that, and on and on. Finally I cal...led Jason and asked for help. He made recommendations as to what was required by law and what I should do. Finally, after almost 17 years, I am driving again. Thanks Jason!

My Lawyer

I was searching the web after my DUI arrest with nervous anxiety. I am glad I made the decison to email Jason and his firm in many ways. Within a couple hrs he had returned my query and mad eme feel way less scared. I did not flinch after he discussed and plainly layed the various laws and how they w...ould and would not affect me. Everything he told me was exactly how it happened and that alone puts him at the top of my list of most trusthworthy. I truly was amazed at his asnwers and ability to make me feel like I had defineitly chosen the right team! This was made clearer in the courtroom as Jason has a commanding and assertive way about him that demands respect... not only from the other lawyers but the court personnel as well... all looked and gave him a certain and obvious respect... most importantly ... the prosecution seemed to actually listen to and look at Jason when they were discussing my case... some lawyers seem to rub people the wrong way and the courtroom is not a place to have folks and peers who disdain you... Jason was getting back the same respect he gave... he is genuinely honest and very keen at what he does. I am very happy with the results and the outcome of my case. All went exactly as he said! I would recommend 100% him to anyone!
