This was my first time having to evict, not a tenant but a squatter. These squatters would have NEVER been given a lease! Because Cook County and the City of Chicago make eviction so difficult for the landlord, you need to hire an experienced attorney to protect yourself. Mr. Voboril took the time... to explain each step of the process, along with the different scenarios the “squatters” could use in court. Professional Fees were upfront and based on services rendered. I believe my fees were on the lower side of the range quoted, due to not having the worse scenarios played out by the squatters.
