David Jay Malter

David handled a visitation rights and child custody case for me which we won successfully, landing in a temporary custody order. He was very reponsive, prompt and always worked on a moments notice. He allways arrived to court on time and consistently, despite juggling other cases (never pawned off on... another attorney). Works close to the Daley Center, so thats a big advantage. He never bustled me for payments every time we met and he's relatively affordable. I didnt agree on a certain exclusion he had in his contract regarding respondent's fees, but I guess every attorney can indoctrine their own contract as they wish. Overall, I would definitely recommend him.
