Looking now at the county assessors website this guy did not win me anything and I paid him for home owners exempt. The site says the assessed value not adjusted on the appeal site. I think he charged me for the homes owner exempt which I applied for myself since I just moved in the property less than one year in 2008. Then he kept billing me after I paid him half of the exemption. Never no more. Be weary as those complaining on here.

We used Mr. Walsh for 4 different properties over the years. He wins some and loses some. Always straight forward. We only were billed as the agreement states, and had no troubles. One time we paid twice by accident, and were promptly refunded

My experience has been less than desirable. We hired Mr. Walsh to appeal our 2009 real estate taxes. We received a bill for his services in 2014. How do I verify if I've been previously billed? After many attempts to contact Mr. Walsh to inquire about the bill, he fails to return any of our calls. He then proceeds to send our bill (which I believe to be erroneous) to a collection attorney. Our credit rating is threatened. This is poor business practice at best. Strongly discourage anybody from hiring Christopher Walsh.
