good service for several years

We used Mr. Walsh for 4 different properties over the years. He wins some and loses some. Always straight forward. We only were billed as the agreement states, and had no troubles. One time we paid twice by accident, and were promptly refunded

Handled everything as expected. Would Recommend to anyone looking to appeal their tax bill. This is a time consuming process you are unlikely to win on your own. I had very little interaction with him personally and that is what I was looking for.

Bad experience

Looking now at the county assessors website this guy did not win me anything and I paid him for home owners exempt. The site says the assessed value not adjusted on the appeal site. I think he charged me for the homes owner exempt which I applied for myself since I just moved in the property less tha...n one year in 2008. Then he kept billing me after I paid him half of the exemption. Never no more. Be weary as those complaining on here.

Horrible!

My experience has been less than desirable. We hired Mr. Walsh to appeal our 2009 real estate taxes. We received a bill for his services in 2014. How do I verify if I've been previously billed? After many attempts to contact Mr. Walsh to inquire about the bill, he fails to return any of our calls. He... then proceeds to send our bill (which I believe to be erroneous) to a collection attorney. Our credit rating is threatened. This is poor business practice at best. Strongly discourage anybody from hiring Christopher Walsh.

Stay Away from This Guy

Incompetent and Unethical - a bad combination. You dont want to use this guy. He first lost my appeal documents and so didnt even get my appeal in. Convinced me it was an oversight and got me to agree to an off-cycle appeal. Sent me a letter telling me he was unable to get me a reduction and firi...ng me as a client. Almost four years later he sends me a bill for his services. Claims he actually got me a reduction and wants his $210. I recounted my experience and how he lost my documents, send me a letter firing me and telling me he got me no reduction and that he actually cost me money by losing my documents for the year that he should have been appealing. He response was to then turn me over to a collection attorney. Run dont walk away from this guy,
