good service for several years
We used Mr. Walsh for 4 different properties over the years. He wins some and loses some. Always straight forward. We only were billed as the agreement states, and had no troubles. One time we paid twice by accident, and were promptly refunded

Bad experience
Looking now at the county assessors website this guy did not win me anything and I paid him for home owners exempt. The site says the assessed value not adjusted on the appeal site. I think he charged me for the homes owner exempt which I applied for myself since I just moved in the property less tha...
