We hired Ms. Murdoch for our Adjustment of Status application based on our same sex marriage. We had been together for 18 years when DOMA was struck down and were eager to begin the process of getting a green card for my foreign born spouse. Ms. Murdoch demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of immigration law and was very responsive to all of our questions. She returned e-mails and phone calls promptly, provided complete and thorough answers to my many legal questions, did a good job explaining all of our options, and presented a very convincing written legal argument to USCIS on our behalf. Our application was approved and my spouse now is a Legal Permanent Resident.
Immigration law is extremely complex and should not be attempted by a layperson. Definitely contact Christina Murdoch to assist you on your immigration needs.

Attorney Christina Murdoch and her assistant Jose....are the most amazing experienced lawyers my husband and I encountered when we were processing immigration papers for my husband. They are dedicated ,informative, helpful, timely and work with you when comes to legal fees. payments.
Their knowledge and competence rest assures you and gives you confidence that what you are applying for will definitely go through.
They take the fear and doubt away from you so you are rest assured and have peace in your heart that you have lawyers who know what they are doing and extremely 100% top notch with everything they are doing from start to end. My husband and I were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism from first day of the consultation to the end of our case. She gave us amazing advise on our case what information and necessary paper work was needed. Christina answered all our questions we had in a very clearly cautious and easy understanding vocabulary.
The firm she works for has never lost a case and does thousands of immigration cases around the Midwest area.
Our case from start to end till the time my husband received his green card took approximately under six months, during the whole entire time Christina was constantly communicating with us either by email, text ,phone and mail which was very prominent to us as we know each and every step of our case where it was and what was expected of us. She accommodated all our appointments be it scheduled or unscheduled even if it meant just to drop some documents she will stop what she was doing just to meet with us even if it meant five minutes of her busy schedule.
Now my husband and I have a peace of mind, we are less stressful and are happily married because of her dedication and hard work.
My husband and I would highly recommend Christina Murdoch for anybody's immigration requirements. She is so awesome.
Thank you so much for bonding our family Christina and may the almighty Lord bless you and continue giving you knowledge and wisdom to help other people in need of immigration process. You were a pleasure to work with.

Christina is extremely responsive and took the time to answer the mountains of questions we had about the timing, the process it self and what was required of us. She also provided advice along each step of the way as to what needed to be done and what would help us have a positive outcome. Our situation was a little different than most as I spend most of my time out of the States and my husband was out of status. With questions that she wasn't sure about she took the time to research them for us and got back to us within a reasonable amount of time usually within 24-48 hours. We really appreciate all the help.

Attorney Murdoch is a very talent immigration attorney; I am lucky to hire her to work on my case! I am a staff member(not involved much in teaching or researching) working for a public university, the university wont sponsor a staff member like me to apply for a green card application. Without the sponsorship of an employer; the only choice for me is to apply for EB1-A, which requires me to demonstrate national/international claim as well as reaching the very top of my field.
Knowing my case is very edgy, I spend a lot of time to search a good lawyer and found Attorney Murdoch. It approves that I found the best person to help me!
She is experienced, patient and talent. Highly recommended!

I am a practicing attorney, but even for me the immigration process was nerve-wracking. Christina adeptly guided us through a tricky application procedure, and the poise she showed, a reflection of the depth of her experience, was reassuring in discussions with USCIS officials. My family is grateful for the solid, competent counsel Christina provided.

My brother had an immigration issue that was made worse and complicated by previous lawyers who misguided him due to their lack of knowledge of immigration laws. Attorney Murdoch reviewed the records and proposed a strategy. Attorney Murdoch explained his case and the proposed strategy in a way that we could understand. We were successful in resolving the complication and he and his wife received visas. She is thorough, efficient, highly responsible, and knowledgeable of immigration laws. Thank you Christina for making it possible for my brother to visit our ailing mother and his family whom he has not been able to visit in the USA in over 20 years. I highly recommend Christina and her firm!

I and my wife, a native of South America, retained Christina Murdoch and her firm for immigration advice after a bad experience with another attorney. I am an attorney myself, but do not practice immigration law. Christina provided us expert advice and knew precisely how to approach our problem. She was very prompt and professional in all of her work for us. Whereas we had spent two years with our former attorney with no end in sight, Christina resolved our problem in less han one year, government preocessing included. We highly recommend Christina for all immigration law issues.
