She wasted $17k of company money

I had a very disappointing experience with Bonnie Varner. From the start, communication was a major issue. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered, and when I did hear back, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic updates on my case. On ...top of that, their lack of preparation was evident. During important meetings and hearings, Bonnie seemed disorganized and unfamiliar with key details of my case. This lack of attention to detail caused caused me suing someone who is essentially judgement-proof and cost my company $17,000. Now I'm spending more money out of my pocket to get that $17,000. Basically, the defendant has outsmarted her. Overall, I regret choosing Bonnie and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for competent, attentive representation.

Bad office staff

The office receptionist decides if your case has merit and will not adequately explain the issue when transferring call to a qualified attorney. They will not let you speak to a qualified attorney so your case is dependent on her. Once I hired Bonnie, there was nothing but radio silence from her. Sh...e doesn't reply to emails or phone calls.

Slow lawyer

I contacted this lawyer more than 6 months ago for transfer of deeds and he has not attempted to even get this done after I paid for two transfer of deeds. Really bad service.

Just wants your money

Bonnie Varner wants your money, period. That is all she cares about and if you run out of $$$ she drops you as a client blaming you. She also has to “proof” all work done on your behalf from her "employees." This is so she can charge you a 1/4 hour fee for a 90 second glance.

Incompetent lawyer

Horrible experience! Do not hire. I hired Bonnie Varner of Tenant Protectors on 4/18. She then arrived in court and refused to represent me as we agreed. She took my hard-earned money and then refused to refund me. Beware!
