I am deeply disappointed by my experience with this attorney. I retained her to represent me during a difficult and important time, and I expected professionalism, communication, and a genuine commitment to my case. Instead, I was left feeling unheard, frustrated, and unsupported. As I began asking m...ore questions and holding her accountable for the progress of my case, I was told she would be filing a motion to withdraw. From my perspective, it felt that Bonnie did the bare minimum and once I needed her to communicate more clearly she filed a motion to drop me. That was both upsetting and discouraging, especially given the seriousness of the matter and the trust I placed in her. Clients deserve clear communication, diligence, and consistent advocacy, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone seeking reliable representation and a strong sense of professional responsibility. Lastly, every time I reached out to her regarding my case via, I had to remind her who I was. Her initial retainer was $3,000. I know that is not a lot of money to some people, but it is to me. I paid Bonnie $3,000 and she did not accomplish anything that I need in regard to helping me with my case.
