Indifferent Attorney
My case involved child custody. Our first court visit, he completely misstated the facts of the case to the judge. (Without my being present.) Valuable court time was spent correcting the Judge misconceptions about my situation. He missed court--an appearance I attended--and failed to find som...
I respectfully disagree with the facts in your post and the characterization of my services. I never misstated the facts of your case to the judge. If you were not present in court as you stated, how would you even know what was discussed? There were many court dates on your case during the 3 years it was pending and I was your attorney. The one time I was delayed due to bad weather, you were not charged for that court date and your case was just continued. The meeting we had was a separate charge. I also recall adjusting and lowering your bill on more than one occasion. Regarding child support, when the order was entered your student loans were taken into consideration in determining the amount you had to pay. I always try to provide the best legal services to all of my clients. Your case was a difficult one and emotions were running high at times but your case was successfully settled and you signed a written settlement agreement. I am happy to discuss your case with you off line. Please feel free to contact me.
