I had a very positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, and reassuring. I was hesitant but all my questions were replied to promptly and honestly, I was glad they guided me through the process, explained every paper patiently and courteously. My case got done so I'm happy it's all behind me... and I recommend this practice.

Our case was filed four years ago, and was never resolved. Agata Gostynska Frakt is the worst lawyer I have ever came in contact with. Her office never returns phone calls, she is never available to talk to her clients, and she is very ignorant. She only returned our phone call once and told us that ...we need to pay her more money if we want her to continue on our case. Do not hire this lawyer, go with somebody else.

She was honest and she did not give us false hope; Mrs. Gostynska devised a plan the she carried for four years thru a successful result for my husband and me (very difficult deportation case). Mrs. Gostynska is reliable,...trustworthy, competent; her staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommended Mrs. Agata Gostynska -Frakt for immigration issues‘, she has knowledge of the law and she is very good at it!
